 Our school will be using a web-based application called pickAtime to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Parents with Internet access will be able schedule their parent/teacher conferences, print their schedule, and have an
email reminder of the appointments sent to them. This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning January 20, 2012 at 9:30 am. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until February 9, 2012 at 9:00 pm. If you do not have Internet access, please call the school to schedule your conference at 410 313 5512. After February 9, 2012, please contact your child's teacher to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Please note that grade K-2 conferences are with the homeroom teacher. Grade 3-5 conferences are with the math teacher only. Mr. Crivelli's conferences are only for parents who have a child currently enrolled in Grade 5 GT Math.
In order to access this program, you will need your child's student ID number. This ID number can be found on your child's Interim Report or Report Card. Unfortunately, a student ID number cannot be given over the telephone. Therefore, if you do not have your childís Student ID number, you will need to stop by the school in person to request it.

Click HERE to schedule your child's conferences with PickATime. This will take you to the HCPSS main website. Locate the link for PickaTime and click on it. You will then have to select the name of your child's school to begin scheduling an appointment.
