The online registration process is now open for 2019-2020 Kindergarten Registration. Please visit http://www.hcpss.org and click on "Enroll." Scroll down to step 4 to locate the link for online registration. Once you complete the online process, please remember you must still plan to visit West Friendship Elementary during the week of March 11 - 15 to finalize your registration. Please come between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
You must bring the following documents:
- Birth certificate
- Current immunization record - must be a print out from the physician and signed
- Deed or lease to your home
- Current utility bill
- Photo ID of parent/guardian registering the student
- Proof of Custody (if applicable)

If you have a child currently attending an HCPSS Pre-K program, there is no need to register your student again for Kindergarten. However, please contact West Friendship Elementary with your child’s name and where they currently attend Pre-K.
Children registering for KINDERGARTEN in the fall of 2019 must be 5 years old by September 1.
- Every child who is 5 years old by September 1 must be enrolled in a kindergarten program this fall or have an approved waiver.
