Reading Night at WFES

Join us for an evening of reading and learning. Wear your cozy PJs, bring a stuffed animal, and come cuddle up with some good books.

The evening will include:

  • An information session for parents on the importance of asking questions while reading, and an introduction to different types of comprehension questions.
  • Children will make "Comprehension Kits" and learn how to use the kit at home when reading with their family

We will also be collecting gently used books to donate to students in Baltimore City schools.

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher Conferences are held twice during the school year.  This year's fall conferences will be held November 25, 26, and 27, 2019. Winter conferences will be held February 13 and 14, 2020. More detailed information will be published closer to the conference dates.
